Canadian screen actress best known for her character Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. In 2019 she began starring on CBSs Blood & Treasure. Earthstorm and The Perfect Neighbor, The Perfect Neighbor and The Perfect Neighbor (2006) are among her work. Silk has a father, Peter Silk, an academic who hails from Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk who is an actor, director and playwright teacher. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memory is of being a watcher of her mother's work, and attending play rehearsals. Silk made many commercials while she was still a tiny child. Her Bachelor of Arts was awarded by St. Thomas University, in 1997. The couple has two sons, Samuel as well as Levi. The year 2009 was the first time Bo Dennis played the main character of a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. The character she played Bo as well as Lauren as love-making, same-sex couples in Lost Girl was named one of the series's all-time Favorite TV Couples by CNN and was named Top TV Couple for the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has gained an enormous online following because of the popularity of social media networks.
